On the morning of October 22, a leader of the People's Committee of Viet Xuyen commune said that at nearly 0:00 on the morning of October 22, at the area at the foot of La bridge in Trua village, Viet Xuyen commune, an unidentified body was discovered, on the shore there was a red Jupiter V motorbike.
Afterwards, Viet Xuyen Commune Police announced the search for the victim's family and identity. Through verification, the authorities identified the victim as Mr. Nguyen Quang Th (born in 1968, residing in Group 6 Nam Ha, Thanh Sen Ward, Ha Tinh Province).
According to initial assessment, the victim may have unfortunately drowned while fishing. The cause is being investigated and clarified.
