    According to initial information, the incident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. the same day, in the livestock barn of Mr. Quang Van Toan (Phieng Bung village, Muong Bu commune).

    At this time, heavy rain and thunder killed 5 cows and 1 buffalo.

    Mr. Lu Van Qui - Chairman of Muong Bu Commune People's Committee said that immediately after receiving information about the incident, the local authorities went to the scene to encourage the family.
