On the afternoon of August 8, Nghe An provincial authorities conducted an investigation of the scene and investigated the cause of death of a man in the premises of a bank building in Thanh Vinh ward.
According to initial information, around early afternoon of the same day, some employees were working at the bank when they suddenly discovered a man lying motionless on the 3rd floor. When approached for inspection, the victim had died.
The man's identity was identified as Mr. N.T.C (born in 1988, from Dong Loc commune, Nghe An province). It is known that Mr. C. had just moved to work at this bank not long ago.
Because the incident occurred in a densely populated area, many curious people gathered to watch, causing local traffic congestion at times.
Immediately after receiving the report, the Thanh Vinh Ward Police, Nghe An Provincial Police and other professional units were present at the scene to block off and collect information to serve the investigation.
The cause of death is currently being clarified by the authorities.
