Accordingly, at around 10:20 p.m. on March 18, at Km11 of the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, the Traffic Police Department's Team 6 during patrolling and controlling discovered driver N.Q.D (born in 1986, residing in Phu Yen province) driving a 33-seat passenger car with license plate 51B-244.xx violating alcohol concentration at 0.234 milligrams/liter of breath.
The working group then made a record of driver D. At the same time, sealed and temporarily detained the vehicle for handling according to regulations.
For the above violation, Mr. D will be fined from 6-8 million VND, deducting 4 points from his driver's license.
