On the morning of October 26, the leader of Tuy Phuoc Dong Commune People's Committee (Gia Lai Province) said that people had just discovered the body of a man floating on the Go Boi River, the section flowing through the commune.
According to initial information, at around 6am the same day, people discovered a body of unknown origin floating on the river, passing through the Go Mieu area (Kim Dong village, Tuy Phuoc Dong commune), so they reported it to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, Tuy Phuoc Dong Commune Police proceeded to recover the victim's body. Through initial verification, the victim was a male, about 50-60 years old, wearing cream shorts and a blue T-shirt. At the time of discovery, the body was in the process of decomposition.
