On November 5, Roon Border Guard Station (Quang Tri Border Guard) said that after receiving information from the people about the discovery of a body drifting on the beach in Bac Gianh ward, the unit sent officers and the victim's family to verify.
At the scene, the family confirmed that the body was Mr. P.Q.H (born in 1969, residing in Trung Vu village, Hoa Trach commune, Quang Tri province) who was sunk by waves while driving a basket boat into the sea earlier.
Currently, the Provincial Border Guard coordinates with local authorities to complete legal procedures, hand over the body to the family for burial, and at the same time visit, support, and encourage the victim's relatives to overcome the loss.
