On March 14, the authorities of Da Lat city (Lam Dong province) coordinated with the Military Command of Lam Dong province to block off the scene and handle the object suspected to be a bomb.
Earlier, on the same morning, workers used excavators to construct Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, in Ward 2, Da Lat City.
At this time, road workers discovered a metal object shaped like a bomb. This object is 2m long, about 30cm in diameter, and is located about 1m from the road surface.
Discovering the incident, people present at the scene reported it to the authorities for handling.
