As of October 31, the company was late in paying compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance in the amount of VND179,218,546 (excluding late payment interest). The company was also late in paying health insurance for 3 employees in the amount of VND789,075 (excluding late payment interest).
This company was fined VND48,389,000 for late payment of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance (applicable to violating organizations) and VND4 million for late payment of health insurance. The total fine for the two violations of the organization is VND52,389,000.
This company is also required to pay the full amount of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance to the social insurance agency for violations of the provisions of Point a, Clause 5, Article 39 of Decree No. 12/2022/ND-CP dated January 17, 2022 of the Government, up to October 31, 2024, which is VND 179,218,546, and pay interest equal to 2 times the average social insurance fund investment interest rate of the previous year calculated on the amount and time of late payment.
