Accordingly, the District People's Committee handed over the decision to allocate resettlement land in the Project to invest in building a resettlement area and urban embellishment in the area of alley 226 Le Lai (May Chai ward) to 49 households who completed the documents according to regulations. Previously, to implement the site clearance for the Project to invest in building a resettlement area and urban embellishment in the area of alley 226 Le Lai, households whose land was recovered agreed to receive compensation, support and resettlement plans, and promptly hand over the site so that the project could be implemented smoothly. With the support of the people, Ngo Quyen district created the most favorable conditions for households whose land was recovered to carry out the procedures for granting land use certificates in the resettlement area.
Also at the conference, officials from the district's professional departments and related units directly guided people to carry out procedures and fulfill their obligations according to regulations to be granted land use right certificates.
