Previously, while patrolling on the Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet highway, when reaching Km 196+700, passing through Ham Thuan Bac district, Binh Thuan province, the patrol team discovered a passenger bus with license plate 76H - 037.84 stopping at the emergency stop strip.
At this time, driver V.M.T (residing in Kon Tum province) stopped the car and only turned on the signal lights (emergency lights), without placing the cone, signal,... when traveling on the highway as prescribed. After that, many male passengers got out of the car and urinated along the highway guardrail.
The traffic police team has drawn up an administrative violation report for the driver. For the above violation, the driver was fined 11 million VND and had his driving license revoked for 3 months. After checking, the traffic police also discovered that the passenger car was not running on the correct route and will invite the transport company owner to work and handle the violation.
Vinh Hao - Phan Thiet Expressway is 100.8 km long, the entire route passes through Binh Thuan province and has a temporary rest stop at Km199 of this expressway.
