According to the decision signed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Tien Thieu, the Working Group consists of 15 members, of which Mr. Luong Trong Quynh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee is the Head of the Working Group.
The Chief Inspector of the province holds the role of Permanent Deputy Head of the Group; the Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is the Deputy Head of the Group. The remaining members are heads of many departments, branches, sectors and leaders of communes and wards related to complaints and denunciations.
In addition, the Working Group also invited representatives of agencies such as the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council to participate.
The main task of the Working Group is to advise the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in directing, urging, and guiding departments, branches, and localities to review and handle cases in accordance with the plan of the Government Inspectorate.
At the same time, organize inspections of the implementation of legal regulations related to receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations at departments, branches and localities.
The working group is also responsible for coordinating with the prosecution agencies to review and resolve cases under the authority of the court and the prosecution hospital when necessary.
The Provincial Inspectorate is a standing agency, responsible for coordinating the development of an action plan, monitoring and synthesizing reports to the Government Inspectorate.
