Permanent Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Duong Duc Tuan has just signed and issued Decision No. 5480/QD-UBND dated November 6, 2025 on the consolidation of the Interdisciplinary Working Group to coordinate in controlling legal activities related to drugs in Hanoi.
The decision to reorganize the Hanoi City Drug-related Legal Activities Control Interdisciplinary Working Group (Hanoi City Interdisciplinary Working Group) includes: The Head of the Working Group is the Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Police Agency of Hanoi City Police - Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Drug Prevention and Control Steering Committee.
Deputy Heads: Deputy Director of the Department of Health; Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade; Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Deputy Head of the Customs Sub-Department of Region I.
The members are representatives of the leaders of the professional departments of the units:
City Police: (1) Drug Crime Investigation Police Department; (2) Staff Department; (3) Criminal Techniques Department.
Department of Health: (1) Pharmaceutical Department; (2) Department of Medicine.
Department of Industry and Trade: (1) Department of Safety and Environment; (2) Hanoi Market Management Department.
Department of Agriculture and Environment: Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Veterinary Medicine.
Customs Branch of Region I: (1) Customs Department; (2) Customs Control Team.
Secretary of the Hanoi Interdisciplinary Working Group: Captain of the Crime Prevention and Investigation Team in legal activities related to drugs and management of drug addicts and illegal drug users - Drug Crime Investigation Police Department - Hanoi City Police.
