Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee is implementing the Project "Improving the capacity, effectiveness and efficiency of supervision, inspection and examination to prevent, detect and handle violations of the law, negativity, corruption and waste in state-owned enterprises" by 2025.
The purpose of the project is to improve the capacity, effectiveness and efficiency of supervision, inspection and examination of state-owned enterprises; ensure effective coordination in supervision, inspection and examination activities; handle violations of the law in the implementation of conclusions, recommendations and decisions from supervision, inspection and examination activities of state-owned enterprises.
In 2025, Khanh Hoa will ensure that 100% of inspections and examinations at state-owned enterprises are conducted according to approved plans, without duplication in scope, subjects, content, and time of inspection.
During the inspection, if signs of law violations are detected but there is not enough basis for a conclusion, the person making the inspection decision shall conduct an inspection according to his/her authority or request a competent authority to conduct an inspection.
In case the requested agency does not decide to conduct an inspection, within 7 working days from the date of receiving the request, the requested agency must respond in writing and state the reasons.
State management agencies must promptly handle, according to their authority, or transfer to competent agencies for supervision, inspection, and examination information, reflections, complaints, and denunciations about violations of the law, negativity, corruption, and waste in state-owned enterprises.
Reviewing projects of Khanh Hoa State-owned enterprises
In early 2025, Khanh Hoa province directed the inspection and review of the implementation of investment projects of state-owned enterprises and enterprises with state capital in the area.
Khanh Hoa province requested the Department of Planning and Investment to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to monitor and track the implementation of investment projects, especially those of state-owned enterprises and enterprises with state capital.
Particularly for Khanh Viet Corporation and Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest State-owned One Member Limited Liability Company, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee requested urgent coordination with relevant agencies to complete the enterprise restructuring plan for the period 2021 - 2025, ensuring the approved roadmap.
