At 9:40 a.m. the same day, the victim died at the hospital. The preliminary cause was that V.T.H violated the speed limit, causing a traffic accident.
Previously, at around 6:30 a.m. the same day, an accident also occurred at km 8+600 of the North-South axis road in Kim Huc village, Tan An commune. The truck driven by Mr. D.Q.Q (born in 1980, residing in Tu Minh ward) from Hong Chau to Gia Phuc, carrying Ms. D.T.T (born in 1968, also residing in Tu Minh ward) collided with an electric bicycle driven by Mr. T.V.K (born in 2020, residing in Tan An commune) traveling in the opposite direction.
As a result, Mr. K died at the scene. Initially, it was determined that Mr. Q was driving the vehicle without paying attention and not slowing down; Mr. K was driving the vehicle in the wrong direction, causing the accident.
