According to the decision, the total investment of the project is 29,918,000,000 VND (nearly 300 billion VND). The capital is deducted from the medium-term public investment capital for the 2026-2030 period (provincial budget), with a capital allocation period of no more than 04 years.
Scale and technical objectives: The works will focus on treating dam body waterproofing, redoing or repairing flood discharge spillways, water intake culverts, embankment to expand the dam peak and upgrade the management and operation road system.
In addition, the project will install a modern disaster response monitoring and warning system.
When completed, the project ensures proactive irrigation water supply for about 1,839 hectares of agricultural land.
The project contributes to minimizing the risk of downstream unsafety and creating conditions for multi-purpose economic development such as aquaculture and local ecological environment protection.
