On May 6, 2026, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1403/QD-UBND on receiving and assigning management of the Tam Dao National Park area adjusted by the Minister of Agriculture and Environment to Phu Tho province for management.
Accordingly, Phu Tho province receives and assigns management of the Tam Dao National Park area adjusted as follows by the Minister of Agriculture and Environment:
Receiving the original state of resources, assets, dossiers, boundaries, maps and related documents for an area of 663.657 ha according to Decision No. 1159/QD-BNNMT dated April 3, 2026 of the Minister of Agriculture and Environment on adjusting the boundaries and area of Tam Dao National Park.
Transferring the original state of resources, assets, records, boundaries, maps and related documents for an area of 663.657ha to the People's Committees of communes: Dao Tru, Dai Dinh, Binh Tuyen; Phu Tho Forestry Company and related units directly manage and protect according to the provisions of law, specifically:
Assigned 554.967 ha to the People's Committees of communes: Dao Tru, Dai Dinh, Binh Tuyen, of which: Dao Tru Commune People's Committee 163.667ha; Dai Dinh Commune People's Committee 253.55ha; Binh Tuyen Commune People's Committee: 137.75ha
Handed over 40.99 ha to Phu Tho Forestry Company in Dao Tru commune.
For the area of 67.7 ha that has been allowed by the Prime Minister to change the land use purpose to other purposes to implement 13 works and projects, units directly managing and using works and projects in coordination with commune-level People's Committees and relevant agencies are responsible for updating cadastral records, land registration and management and use according to the provisions of law.
