According to the Public Administration Service Center of Rach Gia Ward (An Giang Province), accumulated from July 1 to July 11, the Center received 2,896 records (of which the online receipt of records was 900 records, accounting for 31.08%; the direct receipt of records was 1,996 records, accounting for 68.92%). The number of completed and returned results to the people is 2,131 records, accounting for 73.58%, of which 40 records are overdue, accounting for 1.38%.
Mr. Duong Hong Tuan - Vice Chairman of Rach Gia Ward People's Committee - Director of the Ward Public Administration Service Center said that people come to the Center about 400 to more than 500 times, and the Center still meets the requirements.
The operation process also has advantages such as arranging staff to support online application submission, guiding administrative procedures (AP) with enthusiastic and friendly service attitude, creating satisfaction for people. The center relies on the number of records of the people, arranges reasonable reception counters, ensuring smoothness without congestion when people come to do TTHC.
However, Mr. Tuan shared that there is also a current difficulty that the network system is still slow, so the support staff has to go to work several times to connect online. 34 land procedures have been listed and made public, but the province is currently handling them, so they cannot be submitted online.

Mr. Tuan explained that access to the National Public Service Portal is sometimes delayed, not logged in with VneID accounts (from 10:00 to 14:30); leading to the time it takes to support people to submit documents online. The information system of a provincial electronic gate is sometimes suspended and cannot be logged in.
Regarding the Electronic Household Information software to resolve administrative procedures (managed by the Department of Justice), according to regulations, each ward only allows registration of 1 leadership account, 1 document account, 1 receiving account, however, the number of household registration records in Rach Gia ward is currently very large. Some areas have not been updated and supplemented, so TTHC for people cannot be resolved.
According to statistical results on the National Public Service Portal, there are 416 TTHCs (including 2 TTHCs related to the field of Civil status).
Mr. Tuan also said that according to the Resolution of the People's Council of Kien Giang province (before the merger), when performing online public services in the fields of land, construction, and business registration, they will be exempted from fee reduction until December 31, 2025. However, according to the Resolution of the An Giang Provincial People's Council (new), there are fees for the above areas. Therefore, it is recommended that the Provincial People's Council give its opinion on the fee collection rate for the above content.
Propose that the Provincial People's Committee direct the provincial Departments and branches to promptly advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue an internal process so that the settlement of administrative procedures for people is clearly defined and ensures compliance with regulations; promptly issue a process for implementing administrative boundary records.

Propose that the Department of Science and Technology promptly overcome the problem of the provincial one-stop electronic information system sometimes being delayed, the suspended system cannot be logged in to solve TTHC for people.
The Ward People's Committee is recommended to arrange 10 more scan machines, 10 new computers with Win copyright, virus anti- virus software, arrange new digitization machines, and information lookups to ensure progress in serving the people.
Rach Gia ward currently has more than 250,000 people, the most populous ward in the country (including 9 wards).
