At the conference, the summary report said that the 1st Ward Party Congress (taking place on August 14-15, 2025) was successfully held, in accordance with the Party's Charter and regulations. The Congress demonstrated a spirit of solidarity, democracy, and high responsibility; passed the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term and completed the positions in the Ward Party Committee in accordance with regulations.
Speaking at the conference, Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee Nguyen Dinh Chuyen highly appreciated the careful preparation and methodical organization of the Congress, and at the same time requested the new Executive Committee to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, closely follow the Resolution to concretize it into a practical action program, focus on leading socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security and improving people's lives.
In addition to the achieved results, the report also pointed out some shortcomings such as: some targets for the previous term were not completed, and participation in document comments was limited.
From the practice of organizing the Congress, the Ward Party Committee has drawn many valuable lessons: closely following the instructions of superiors, carefully preparing documents and personnel, promoting democracy and solidarity, and promoting propaganda to create a vibrant competitive atmosphere in the entire Party Committee.
At the conference, 5 collectives and 10 outstanding individuals were commended and rewarded for their positive contributions to the organization of the Congress.
On behalf of the new Executive Committee, Mr. Pham Cong Quan - Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Ward People's Council expressed his determination to innovate leadership methods, concretize the Resolution into an action program close to reality, and build Hai Duong ward for comprehensive and sustainable development.
The summary conference is an important occasion to comprehensively evaluate the organization of the Congress, while affirming the determination of the entire Party Committee, government and people of the ward in successfully implementing the Resolution for the 2025-2030 term.
