On October 29, Vice Chairman of Dong Hoi Ward People's Committee (Quang Tri Province) Nguyen Thang Long said that the ward has added a way to collect red book information to serve the "growing up and cleaning up land databases".
Accordingly, in addition to the option of sending the red book file via Zalo or submitting it directly to the Head of the Residential Group, people can bring the original red book and ID card/CCCD to the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Affairs Department of the ward for scanning or taking photos.
A resident in residential group 2 Nam Ly added that the form of bringing red books directly to the ward makes them more secure about security. Bringing red books directly to the head office helps control the process, reducing the risk of leaking personal information and land use right documents.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, the announcement of Dong Hoi Ward requires that from October 21 to 31, each household must submit a photocopy of the red book and a photocopy of the citizen identification card, submit directly to the Head of the residential group or send PDF files via Zalo for synthesis.
In reality, there are cases where residential groups do not receive documents via Zalo, requesting them to submit directly, causing people to worry about data security and responsibility when risks arise.
With the new adjustment, Dong Hoi ward said it will continue to provide unified guidance to residential groups, ensuring the reception of documents in accordance with digital needs, regulations and protection of people's information.
