On the afternoon of January 15, at a regular press conference, leaders of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee said that the police agency is continuing to investigate and clarify according to its authority regarding the case of employees of Bien Xanh Trading - Service - Tourism Co., Ltd. (Bien Xanh Company) threatening to beat foreign tourists in the Nha Trang beach area.
According to Mr. Tran Xuan Tay - Chairman of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee, the Ward People's Committee has issued a decision to administratively sanction Bien Xanh Company for violating two acts.

This enterprise does not register to change the content of the Business Registration Certificate according to regulations and operates food services when there is no Certificate of eligibility for food safety in the beach area east of Tran Phu street.
Mr. Tran Xuan Tay added that previously the Nha Trang coastal road area was managed by the Nha Trang Public Service Management Board, directly under the People's Committee of Nha Trang City (old). After implementing the merger of local government according to a two-level model, the Public Service Management Board was transferred to directly under the Department of Construction.
From January 1, 2026, Nha Trang Ward People's Committee officially receives the task of managing the Nha Trang coastal road area.
According to the Chairman of Nha Trang Ward People's Committee, for many years, the bar of Bien Xanh Company has been operating a bar but does not have sufficient legal documents as prescribed.
Currently, Nha Trang ward authorities are continuing to comprehensively inspect and review similar violations to rectify service business activities, ensure order, safety and tourism image in the beach area.
Also according to Mr. Tran Xuan Tay, the inspection and handling of violations is seriously implemented right from the time the locality receives management work.
In the coming time, when night economy projects are approved by competent authorities, entertainment activities on the beach will be organized and managed in accordance with legal regulations.
