On the afternoon of January 6, leaders of Nha Trang Ward said that through actual inspection, functional forces discovered that Bluesea Beach restaurant did not have a business license for food services as prescribed. On that basis, the Ward People's Committee requested to suspend all operations of this establishment.
Along with the suspension decision, Nha Trang Ward People's Committee assigned a professional department to advise on administrative sanctions against Bluesea Beach restaurant, in order to rectify business activities on the beach, ensure security and order and preserve the image of local tourism.
Previously, a video longer than one minute, recording a conflict between a group of Vietnamese young people and foreign tourists in the Nha Trang beach park area, was spread on Facebook.
According to the images in the clip, two tourists standing on the pedestrian path in the park argued with a group of young people.
After that, a man in the group suddenly ran up with a shovel, swung it high to threaten the two tourists. Not stopping there, another young man continued to hold a white plastic chair and threatened to beat them. The entire incident was recorded by people and posted on social networks, attracting many mixed opinions.
Working with functional agencies, a representative of Bluesea Beach restaurant said that the incident occurred before the 2026 New Year.
It's a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit of a bit.
