The 2025 New Year bonus with an average level of 1.5 million VND is 500,000 VND higher than in 2024. The highest level is 15 million VND, the same as last year, while the lowest level is 100,000 VND, a decrease of 100,000 VND compared to 2024.
Regarding the Lunar New Year bonus for At Ty 2025, the average is expected to be 7.65 million VND, 850,000 VND higher than in 2024.
The highest bonus is 96 million VND (at a foreign-invested enterprise, equal to the highest bonus for the 2024 Lunar New Year), the lowest is 300,000 VND, a decrease of 700,000 VND compared to last year.
The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Quang Binh province also said that among the types of enterprises, the highest Tet bonus belongs to foreign-invested enterprises (average level of 11 million VND).
According to the summary, there are 2 enterprises in the province's Industrial Park that owe 9 workers a total of 155 million VND in wages. The reason is that the production and business situation is facing difficulties, product output is limited, leading to a sharp decline in revenue.
