In order to create a space for fun and entertainment to serve people and tourists during the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year, Quang Ninh province will organize a series of unique cultural, sports and tourism events.
The highlight of the series of activities is the Flower and Lighting Technology Avenue in Ha Long Bay, stretching from Ha Long Flower Park (Hong Gai ward) to the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace (Ha Long ward).
This space includes flower display and exhibition areas; flower boats, flower cars; mascot models; projection of modern lighting technology; exhibition of models and products of corporations and businesses inside and outside the province.
The cultural space of the traditional Tet holiday of ethnic groups in Quang Ninh province; photo photography areas are also designed and installed synchronously.
Many cultural, artistic, sports, entertainment and recreational activities will be organized throughout Tet to serve people and tourists.
Quang Ninh OCOP Fair - Spring 2026 takes place from February 6 to 11 at the Provincial Planning, Fair and Exhibition Palace (Ha Long ward).
During this Tet holiday, Quang Ninh province will organize many large-scale activities to celebrate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026) and celebrate the success of the 14th National Party Congress, taking place at 30/10 Square (Ha Long ward), including the art program on January 31st and a large-scale propaganda poster exhibition from January 15th to February 5th.
Art programs "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Year of the Horse" are organized in many localities and annual activities continue to be maintained such as: Book and newspaper fair "Spring of the Horse 2026"; street music and folk games (from February 18 - 22 in Ha Long, Bai Chay, Hong Gai, Mong Cai 1 wards and Van Don special zone).
