The Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ninh province has just sent an official letter to the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee reporting on civil servants requesting to be contacted for job transfer.
According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Quang Ninh province, on December 26, 2025, this unit received a job transfer application from Mr. Phan Thanh Nghi - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of the province - wishing to be transferred to Vietnam Maritime University.
The Department of Agriculture and Environment reports and respectfully requests the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee to consider the wish to contact and transfer Mr. Phan Thanh Nghi - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment.
Mr. Phan Thanh Nghi was appointed Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Quang Ninh province (after merging with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment into the Department of Agriculture and Environment) on January 2, 2024.
Previously, Mr. Phan Thanh Nghi was Deputy Director of the Bai Tu Long National Park Management Board.
