Currently, Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee is continuing to drastically direct relevant functional agencies to urgently investigate and strictly handle in accordance with the law the collectives and individuals involved in the case of a 17-year-old student who died at Hai Ha Social Work Center facility 2.
At the same time, directing relevant agencies to strictly implement regulations in state management; strictly handle, close, and temporarily suspend operations for social work centers that lack conditions and standards, and show signs of not complying with regulations on all aspects of operation.
The Provincial People's Committee also directed the research, development, and completion of the Project on establishing a Center to ensure full political and legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 125 dated October 5, 2024 of the Government and related regulations, in accordance with the needs and actual situation of the province, and report to the Provincial People's Committee before January 10, 2026.

Issuing arrest warrants for Pham Hong Thai, Nguyen Ngoc Luong, Nguyen Huy Hoang, Nguyen Duy Cong, Le Quang Khoa and Nguyen Van Hai (Director of the Center).
