Dong Nai - According to records, at around 9:00 p.m. on February 2, the flow of people and vehicles on National Highway 1, Trang Bom district town section, was jammed, stretching for many kilometers.
After the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty 2025, people and vehicles from the Central and Central Highlands provinces such as Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan), Nha Trang, Da Lat (Lam Dong)... continued to flock to National Highway 1, causing traffic congestion on this road from afternoon until late evening on February 2.
From Bau Xeo Industrial Park to the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap - National Highway 1 (from Trang Bom District to Bien Hoa City), traffic congestion lasted about 3 km. However, in the opposite direction, it was quite clear.
According to records, until around 9:00 p.m. on February 2, the traffic jam had not yet cooled down, with many sections still stuck.
To avoid traffic jams on National Highway 1, many vehicles have poured into the parallel roads of the national highway and the inner-city roads inside Trang Bom town, Trang Bom district. However, these roads are also very crowded, causing traffic chaos.
Also on the afternoon of February 2, due to the overload of expressways such as Phan Thiet - Dau Giay and Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay, many vehicles had to change their routes and go towards National Highway 1 to return to Ho Chi Minh City.
