Hoa Lac Commune People's Committee (Hanoi) has just had a summary of the results of task implementation in 2025.
Accordingly, in the past year, Hoa Lac commune has completed 100% of the tasks assigned by the City; economic growth of 9.3%, budget revenue reached 151% of the estimate; disbursement of public investment reached the plan.
Site clearance for key projects such as Hanoi National University, Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, Thang Long Avenue and resettlement areas are focused on drastic direction.
The cultural and social field is ensured; social security is fully and promptly implemented; 100% of public schools meet national standards; political security and social order and safety are maintained stably.
Before the Lunar New Year, the commune accelerated the progress of site clearance, increased budget revenue, inspected construction order and land; cared for social security; ensured the supply of goods; launched a peak period to ensure security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting; prepared conditions for organizing elections of National Assembly and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
Mr. Dao Xuan Ban - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Committee emphasized: The immediate and overarching task is to absolutely ensure political security, social order and safety, especially during the Lunar New Year and important political events of 2026.
Police and military forces maintain 100% of their personnel on duty; proactively grasp the local situation, strictly manage subjects, control firecrackers, weapons, and explosives; develop plans to protect the safety of events, not to be passive or surprised in any situation.
Mr. Ban requested departments and sectors to focus on taking good care of social security policies, fully review regimes, not to miss subjects; organize visits and timely encouragement to policy families and households in difficult circumstances.
Regarding troop assignment and receipt, it is necessary to firmly grasp the ideology of young people enlisting in the army and citizens performing the duty of the People's Police; pay attention to encouraging and managing troop sources well, ensuring that new recruits are qualified, healthy, and ready to go on duty.
In parallel with that, promote visual propaganda, socialize cultural, artistic, and sports activities, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere; organize a good Tet tree planting, maintain bright - green - clean - beautiful environmental sanitation.
Regarding the development goals for 2026, Hoa Lac commune strives to achieve 11% economic growth and 5% industrial and cultural development.
Mr. Dao Xuan Ban requested departments and boards to advise on building practical plans, with specific roadmaps and solutions, focusing on removing bottlenecks in the field of land and site clearance; proactively research and propose planning markets, police and military headquarters, and commune administrative centers in a synchronous and modern direction, determined to successfully implement the set targets, and gradually build Hoa Lac for sustainable development and improve people's lives.
