    Ha Tinh - A 2-year-old boy lived at home with his grandparents, then unfortunately fell into a ditch and drowned.

    The leader of the People's Committee of Huong Xuan commune (Huong Khe district) informed that at around 6:30 p.m. on the evening of June 27, V.M.T (2 years old, residing in Hoa Son village, Huong Xuan commune) went out into the drainage ditch to play, unfortunately fell into the ditch and drowned.

    After receiving the report, the local authorities coordinated with the people and the family to bring the child's body home for burial according to local customs.

    It is known that T's parents were working far away, so they sent him to his grandparents to take care of him. Unfortunately, the heartbreaking incident happened.
