In airport areas, flags and large screens are decorated to display activities on National Day.

According to the representative of Noi Bai airport, not only at the airport, the exhibition booth of the exhibition unit has made a strong impression. Many elderly guests are also very interested and enthusiastic about experiencing the application of modern digital technology in the flight operations line at ACV - Vietnam Airports Corporation.

The representative of Noi Bai airport added that on the occasion of National Day 2.9, the number of visitors to Noi Bai increased in 5 days from August 29 to September 2, especially on August 30, expected to be nearly 110,000 with 66,000 domestic visitors and 44,000 international visitors - the highest level ever.
According to Noi Bai Airport, passengers increased due to many international groups attending the festival and the opening of new international routes.
To meet the needs, the airport and airlines maintain a 24/7 on-duty regime at the Oil and Gas Coordination Center (AOCC), arranging human resources to promptly handle the incident. Some overnight aircraft were transferred to nearby airports, giving seats for international flights.
According to ACV, during the holiday, airports across the country are expected to welcome more than 1.8 million passengers with about 11,000 flights, concentrated in Tan Son Nhat, Noi Bai, Da Nang, Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc. The airports have completed preparing infrastructure, equipment, and human resources, while applying biometrics and VNeID at security gates to shorten the time for passengers to complete procedures.
Land staff are deployed in key areas to regulate customer flows. Aviation security work has been upgraded to level 1, enhancing luggage screening, camera monitoring and continuous patrolling, ensuring absolute safety during peak season.
