Spring rendezvous of the people
Binh Ngo Tet 2026, Dong Thap province organizes a Spring flower street in Cao Lanh ward, maintaining the viewing space on the familiar Ly Thuong Kiet street. For many years, this place has been considered a cultural rendezvous at the beginning of the year, attracting a large number of people and tourists to visit and take souvenir photos.

This year, the horse mascot - the symbol of the Year of the Horse - not only appears in the center but is also deployed into many small landscape clusters with diverse shaping styles.
Gold-plated horse – central highlight
The highlight of the flower street is the two-horse mascot covered in striking metallic gold. The yellow color evokes wealth and luck, and also creates a good light-catching effect in outdoor conditions.
Behind is a multi-colored rainbow dome combined with stylized lotus flowers - details that both carry the spirit of a festival and evoke the characteristics of "Pink Lotus Land". The contrast between monochrome yellow and bright background colors helps the mascot to stand out clearly, creating visual depth and good image effects.

The horse is shown in a galloping posture, two front legs reaching high, mane and tail curling with movement. This posture creates a feeling of breakthrough, reaching forward - suitable for the symbol of the Year of the Horse and the spirit of starting the new year.
Multicolored "ma dao" cluster – increasing the rhythm of space
Besides the central mascot, the flower street also impresses with a cluster of eight horses (8 horses) of many colors arranged in a moving formation. Red, orange, yellow and brown colors are harmoniously combined, combined with curved motifs on the horse's body creating a lively and youthful feeling. Unlike the strong symbolic gold mascot, the multi-colored horse cluster favors a modern stylized style.

Soft curves, mane and tail are shaped like moving flames, evoking images of galloping horses. The layered arrangement, on a background of brilliant flower carpets and winding wooden bridges below, creates a deep composition, helping the overall space become more rhythmic. This is a common shaping technique in public art, aiming to avoid the feeling of stillness, while expanding the photo space for people.
Horses from local materials
Besides, there is also a mascot image that is completely shaped from local materials. Prominent is the model of a horse with a body made of sacks, dry straw and familiar rustic materials of the countryside; the cripple and tail are made of natural fibers, creating a lively and close feeling.

The scarf around the neck, a long-standing traditional product of Dong Thap land, further enhances the charm and rich local culture. This mascot image not only carries the meaning of luck and prosperity but also expresses the spirit of creativity and ingenuity in taking advantage of traditional materials to create unique works of art. This is also a highlight attracting a large number of people and tourists to stop to visit and take souvenir photos on the flower street.
Suitable for viewing and photography needs
From the perspective of public space, this year's horse mascot clusters well meet the needs of people's experiences. Central mascots with large sizes and striking yellow color easily become the main background for group photos. Meanwhile, multi-colored horse clusters with moderate height, arranged in different layers, help create many flexible shooting angles, suitable for small groups, families or individuals.

Smooth surface, bright colors and many layers of flowers in front help the photo have depth, not monotonous. In particular, the combination of yellow, red, and orange flower carpets in harmony with mascot colors creates a harmonious overall look, easy to "catch".
Maintaining the "brand" of Cao Lanh flower street
For many years, the Spring Flower Street in Cao Lanh has been highly appreciated for its meticulousness, harmony and rich meaning, not following shocking trends. This year's Binh Ngo horse mascot continues to follow that spirit. Because this flower street has achieved the 3-legged balance in terms of performance and efficiency: not too elaborate but impressive enough; not extremely disruptive but still modern; not ostentatious but emphasizing positive emotions.

With the combination of the central golden mascot and a cluster of multi-colored horses moving, this year's Spring flower street creates a rich visual rhythm, both symbolic and meeting the needs of admiring and taking photos of a large number of people. On the general level of flower streets in the Mekong Delta region, this is a safe but effective design, contributing to maintaining the aesthetic position of the Spring flower street.
