On December 19, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province approved the investment policy for the Dak Doa Golf Course project in Dak Doa commune under the form of bidding to select investors.
The project has a total investment of more than VND1,150 billion, with a scale of more than 171 hectares, implemented from the first quarter of 2026 to the fourth quarter of 2029, with an operating period of 50 years.
The project will form a complex of 36-hole international standard golf courses associated with sports, entertainment and tourism services, contributing to promoting socio-economic development, attracting investment, completing infrastructure in the western part of the province and creating jobs for local workers.
The golf course is planned in 3 areas, including area 1 of over 73 hectares (golf course land, technical infrastructure, clubhouse and internal traffic); area 2 of over 77 hectares and area 3 of over 20 hectares, all of which are arranged with golf course land according to the plan.
The People's Committee of Gia Lai province requires investors to closely coordinate with the police, military and related departments and branches to ensure security, order, national defense, protect cultural, heritage and environmental factors; collect consensus from the people, fully implement compensation and site clearance work, and avoid complaints.
Investors must commit to paying the value of assets attached to land ( pine forests) and related costs according to regulations; at the same time, fully comply with the provisions of the law on investment, construction, land, forestry, environment and ensure sufficient capital to implement the project on schedule.
