According to information from the People's Committee of A Lu Commune, at around 7:00 a.m. on December 6, at Km29, Provincial Road 158, from A Mu Sung Commune to A Lu Commune, a landslide occurred. At that time, rocks and soil from the hill slid down, blocking the entire road, making it impossible for vehicles to pass.
Immediately after the landslide, police arrived at the scene, stretched warning ropes, and cleared small rocks to clear the road for motorbikes to pass.
On the same day, local authorities also mobilized human resources and machinery to clear large rocks to soon restore traffic.
It is known that the flood caused by storm No. 3 caused severe damage to traffic in Bat Xat district. In particular, Provincial Road 158, from A Lu commune to A Mu Sung commune, had many serious landslides.
Currently, the maintenance unit has just completed the first step of traffic restoration to temporarily clear the road. In particular, there are some points on the route where the slopes are rocky mountains, so the risk of landslides and rolling rocks is very high.
