According to information from Bac Trach Commune Police, the unit is coordinating with families and related teenagers to verify and strictly handle the case. Initial investigation determined that the 6 teenagers involved in the stoning did not reside in Bac Trach commune but belonged to Phong Nha and Bo Trach communes.
Faced with the developments of the incident, functional forces have strengthened warning and propaganda measures to people about complying with regulations to ensure road traffic safety corridors, especially on expressways. Previously, as Lao Dong Newspaper reported, on the evening of March 21, a clip appeared on Facebook recording the scene of many trucks having broken windows when traveling on the expressway through Quang Tri province. Some vehicles were heavily damaged, and the car windows were punctured.
According to initial information, vehicles when moving on the expressway through Quang Tri province were suspected of being hit by stones, leading to broken glass.
