On June 24, Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health said that the unit had reported the results of the implementation of the peak month of fighting to prevent and repel smuggling, trade fraud, counterfeit goods, and intellectual property infringement in Lam Dong province.
The peak period takes place from May 15 to June 15. According to the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health, during the peak month, the unit established 3 inspection teams (2 teams were led by the Department of Health, 1 team was led by the Department of Food Safety and Hygiene).
The teams inspected 30 facilities. Of which, 24 pharmaceutical businesses have additional functional foods; 6 functional food businesses.
As a result, no cases of administrative violations or criminal conversion were handled.
The health sector also established 3 working groups to review advertising; rectify advertising for scientists and managers of the health sector. As a result, no violations were detected.
