The plan is to promote propaganda, education, raising awareness, determining the responsibilities and actions of the Party committees, party organizations, cadres, party members and people in ensuring food security and safety; uphold the role and responsibility of organizations, individuals and businesses in the implementation of law on food safety ...; strengthen inspection and supervision of food security and safety; resolutely fight, prevent and strictly handle organizations, individuals, production and business establishments that violate food safety regulations; Especially, the food service business, collective kitchen, street food.
The City People's Committee assigns People's Committees of districts, towns to direct media agencies, socio -political organizations in the locality to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of production, business models, products and safe food chains, traditional local products to promote and encourage the production of safe food products, with bold traditional and local specialties. At the same time, publicizing establishments and individuals being fined administrative violations of food safety in order to warn, deter and prevent acts of production, business and advertising food illegally.
The City People's Committee organized 3 interdisciplinary inspection teams for the city's Food Safety to inspect the implementation of plans of districts, towns; communes, wards, towns and departments and branches; and conduct field inspections at a number of food production and trading establishments in the area.
The Steering Committee for Food Safety of districts, towns and cities will develop a plan for the "month of action" in accordance with the requirements and conditions of ensuring food safety and organize an inspection of the "month of action" in the locality; inspect food production and trading establishments that have been decentralized in the district and county for management. In communes, wards and towns, instructions are provided to sign food safety commitments for food production, processing and trading establishments that are not required to issue certificates of food safety eligibility.
