On June 11, Lam Dong provincial authorities were still handling the accident on the Lien Khuong - Prenn highway between a passenger bus and a car.
According to initial information, the accident occurred at around 7:00 a.m. the same day on the Lien Khuong - Prenn highway, in Hiep Thanh commune, Duc Trong district, Lam Dong.
At this time, the car (driver's identity unknown) was traveling on the highway in the direction of Da Lat city (Lam Dong) - Ho Chi Minh City. When arriving at the above area, the driver crossed the right lane and was hit by a passenger car traveling in the same direction. After the collision, the car was damaged, and the people inside suffered scratches and injuries.
According to the investigation, the two people in the car were injured and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. The accident caused many people on the bus to panic.
Upon receiving the report, the traffic police force of Lam Dong Province Police arrived at the scene, coordinating with relevant agencies to investigate and clarify the incident.
The Lien Khuong - Prenn Expressway is 19km long, starting at the Lien Khuong roundabout, ending at the foot of Prenn Pass, Da Lat city. This expressway was completed and put into use since 2008.
