The accident occurred at around 12:00 on December 4 on My Phuoc - Tan Van road, passing through Chanh Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
Initial information shows that at that time, a truck with an old Binh Duong province license plate was traveling on Tran Ngoc Len Street. When reaching the intersection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road (Chanh Hiep ward), turn right towards Ben Cat. At this time, the truck had an accident with a motorbike driven by Mr. T.V.L (born in 1986, formerly from Tay Hoa, Phu Yen).
Seeing the accident, people ran to help. However, when checking, people discovered that Mr. T.V.L had died. The accident was then reported to the authorities.

At the scene, the truck stopped between the intersection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road and Tran Ngoc Len road. The man's body was lying in front of the truck. The motorbike is lying on the side of the truck. The accident caused a long traffic jam on the My Phuoc - Tan Van road through this area.
Upon receiving the report, Ho Chi Minh City Police were present to protect the scene and regulate traffic through the area.
By 1:00 p.m. the same day, the authorities had finished handling the accident scene, and the victim's body was transferred to a medical facility to conduct forensic work and investigate the accident.
