The accident occurred at around 9:00 p.m. on December 1 at the intersection of My Phuoc - Tan Van road and National Highway 1K in Tan An quarter, Tan Dong Hiep ward, Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Di An city, Binh Duong province).
Initial information, at the time, the truck was traveling on the My Phuoc - Tan Van road from An Phu to Tan Van.
When the tractor-trailer arrived at Tan An quarter, Tan Dong Hiep ward, preparing to enter the intersection with National Highway 1K, an accident occurred with a motorbike driven by a woman (about 40-50 years old).
