On May 5, the People's Committee of Truong Sinh commune, Tuyen Quang province, issued a quick report on a serious labor accident that occurred in the area, killing 1 person.
Accordingly, at about 7 am on May 5, during the repair of a grinder at the production area of Prime Hao Phu Joint Stock Company, a labor accident occurred.
When worker Bui Van H. controlled the excavator to lift the metal sheet lined with the grinder to the repair location, it overturned and slipped, pressing the machine's ben horizontally against the side of worker Vu Phi C. Mr. C. was taken to the emergency room but died at 8 am on the same day.
Immediately upon receiving the information, Truong Sinh Commune People's Committee requested Prime Hao Phu Joint Stock Company to take emergency measures and temporarily suspend operations in the accident area to serve the investigation. At the same time, they organized visits and encouragement to the families of the victims.
Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
