According to initial information, at that time, when many cars were waiting at red lights in the direction of Thanh Hoa - Hanoi at this intersection, suddenly a tractor-trailer carrying a Thanh Hoa license plate from behind rushed forward and hit the back of a car with license plate 36A-320.xx.
The strong collision caused the car to slide for a long time, continuing to hit the rear of the truck with license plate 36H-165.xx that was stopped in front. The truck then rushed forward, colliding with a white car with license plate 36K-227.xx, then turned across the road, hitting a VinFast car that was stopped at a red light in the next lane.
Not stopping there, the white car after being hit hard rushed forward, hitting another car that was stopped right in front of a traffic light.
The accident damaged 6 cars, of which the car with license plate 36A-320.xx was severely damaged in the front, rear and entire side of the steering wheel. At the time of the accident, there were 2 people in the car, fortunately no one was injured.
The cause of the accident is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
