At around 10:30 p.m. on October 8, on Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Hai Duong City, a traffic accident occurred between two motorbikes, injuring four people.
At the time of the accident, Mr. L.V.Q (born in 2003) was riding a Yamaha Exciter motorbike without a license plate, behind him were Mr. V.H.N and V.T.D (both born in 2007), both from Khue Lieu area, Tan Hung ward, Hai Duong city, traveling on Nguyen Luong Bang street, towards May Su intersection to National Highway 5.
When approaching the intersection with Thanh Binh Street, Thanh Binh Ward, it collided with motorbike 34B1-969.01 driven by Mr. V.V.C (born in 1972, in Kim Binh village, Cam Doai commune, Cam Giang), behind which was his wife, Ms. V.T.K (born in 1969), going towards May Su intersection - National Highway 5, which was turning left onto Thanh Binh Street.
The accident caused Mr. C., Mrs. K., and Mr. Q. and Mr. D. to suffer traumatic brain injuries. Mrs. K.'s prognosis is poor.
Hai Duong City Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
