Initial information, the traffic accident occurred at around 6:45 p.m. on November 27, on Bao Loc pass in Hamlet 5, Dai Lao commune, Bao Loc city.
At that time, the container truck driven by Hoang Trong Thien (28 years old), residing in Dak Nong province, was traveling on National Highway 20, in the direction from Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh City.
When arriving at Bao Loc pass, at the hairpin bend (about 200m from the top of the pass), there was a collision with a motorbike driven by Ms. L (35 years old, residing in Loc Tien ward, Bao Loc city) traveling in the opposite direction.
The accident caused the motorbike to be thrown by the container truck into a roadside drainage ditch, killing Ms. L. on the spot. After colliding with the motorbike, the container truck continued to slide forward and overturned.
After the accident, the Traffic Police force of Madaguoi Station under the Traffic Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police and Bao Loc City Police were present at the scene to regulate and ensure traffic safety.
Authorities also urgently examined the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
