Previously, on August 23, the Traffic Police Department received a complaint from people about a car with license plate 88C-112. xx turning around on the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.
Immediately after receiving the information, Team 1 of the Traffic Police Department conducted verification. Through clarification, functional forces determined that Mr. N.T. L was the driver of the vehicle and committed the violation.
For the above violation, Team 1 of the Traffic Police Department made a record and fined the male driver 35 million VND and deducted 10 points from the driver's license.
