Accordingly, at about 9:40 pm on July 26, 2026, train SE2 was running from Bien Hoa station to Long Khanh station when attendant Dinh Xuan Hieu, in charge of carriage number 11, discovered passenger Tran Van Sy (born in 1955, from Ninh Binh) showing signs of serious health decline.
Immediately after receiving the information, train conductor Nguyen Truong Tho and employee Nguyen Huong Lien quickly arrived. Through inspection, passenger Sy fell into a state of unconsciousness, his pulse was very weak and signs of suspected stroke appeared.
The train crew immediately activated the emergency handling procedure, and at the same time performed first aid on the spot and broadcast throughout the train to seek support from medical professionals.
In parallel with first aid work, the train crew telegraphed the dispatch center to request an order for train SE2 to urgently stop outside the plan at Long Khanh station to take passengers to the emergency room. At about 9:50 pm on the same day, train SE2 arrived at Long Khanh station.
Here, the train crew handed over passenger Tran Van Sy and two relatives accompanying him to station staff and medical forces to quickly transfer to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Long Khanh Station also coordinates to support passenger families to refund tickets and handle luggage in accordance with the regulations of the railway industry.
