    Hai Phong - The City Traffic Safety Committee informs about a traffic accident involving a driver with alcohol concentration.

    The accident happened at about 9:45 pm on February 24 at km10+400 provincial road 389, Bac An Phu ward, Hai Phong. At this time, Mr. B.Q. T (born in 1990, residing in Bac An Phu ward) driving a car in the direction of May bridge - Bac An Phu collided with an electric motorbike driven by Mr. V.V.T (born in 1993, also residing in Bac An Phu ward) traveling in the opposite direction. As a result, Mr. V.V.T was injured.

    Functional forces checked, Mr. V.V.T had an alcohol concentration in his blood of 192.6 mg/100 ml. The preliminary cause was that the car driver was driving in the wrong lane, causing a traffic accident.

    Currently, the case is being handled according to regulations.
