Hanoi - Concrete from a house being demolished hit a motorcyclist, causing him to be hospitalized for emergency care.

According to initial information, at around 9am this morning, while workers were demolishing a house at the beginning of Van Chuong alley (Ton Duc Thang street, Hanoi), a large concrete piece was thrown onto the road, crushing a man riding a motorbike.

People nearby then quickly ran to support the victim.

"About 10 people ran over and carried the concrete piece together, pulling the victim out. At this time, the man was unconscious, and people called a car to take him to the emergency room," said a local resident at the scene.
