According to initial information, at around 9am this morning, while workers were demolishing a house at the beginning of Van Chuong alley (Ton Duc Thang street, Hanoi), a large concrete piece was thrown onto the road, crushing a man riding a motorbike.
People nearby then quickly ran to support the victim.
"About 10 people ran over and carried the concrete piece together, pulling the victim out. At this time, the man was unconscious, and people called a car to take him to the emergency room," said a local resident at the scene.

At the scene, the motorbike was in the middle of the road. Around it, there are many pieces of broken glass and concrete.
According to the demolition workers, while they were cutting iron, the concrete floor was thrown onto the road.
Currently, the authorities have blocked off the scene area and are investigating the cause of the incident.
