Recorded the traffic situation on National Highway 1, the section from Vung Tau intersection (Dong Nai) to Tan Van overpass (HCMC) at noon on July 17, it was more open, vehicles could travel normally.
Notably, at Tan Van intersection, the first section of National Highway 1 to DT 743 road (the section under construction at Tan Van intersection of Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3) was temporarily opened to traffic this morning.
The construction unit also arranged forces to be on duty at many locations to direct traffic and guide traffic.
The road opening for vehicles to run is only temporary to help drivers get used to the replacement route. After that, it will continue to re- close to construct the overpass piers on the main route of Tan Van intersection.

Previously, on July 15, the authorities temporarily closed part of DT 743 road from National Highway 1 to Di An (the section below Tan Van overpass) to organize construction. Vehicles will travel on an alternative route to enter Binh An Textile and Garment Industrial Park (or Binh An residential area, Dong Hoa ward, Ho Chi Minh City) to continue to DT 743 road.
In the opposite direction from DT 743 road to National Highway 1, vehicles are still moving normally.

The authorities have hung up the notice board and proposed a replacement roadmap for many days.
However, many drivers are not familiar with the road so they do not know. The incident caused traffic congestion on National Highway 1, the section of the Tan Van overpass. Traffic congestion has persisted through Dong Nai province.
