According to the reporter's investigation, on November 2, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also issued a decision approving the dossier for placing boundary markers according to the project to adjust the planning of the Que Vo 2 industrial park expansion, at a scale of 1/2,000.
Previously, on April 28, 2025, the project to invest in construction and business of infrastructure of Que Vo 2 Industrial Park expansion was approved by the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province to approve the investment policy and approve the investor for Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation - JSC.
The project's area is 140.34 hectares with the goal of investing, constructing and trading industrial park infrastructure. The total investment capital of the project is 1,878 billion VND. The project's operation period is 50 years from the date of land allocation or lease by the State.
Que Vo Industrial Park 2 expansion is oriented by Kinh Bac to invest in construction to become a multi-industry, high-tech industrial park, focusing on attracting investment in the fields of electronics, electronic components, precision mechanics... in line with the general development orientation of Bac Ninh province.
After the merger, Bac Ninh has 33 industrial parks with a total area of over 10,100 hectares, with an occupancy rate of about 56%.
In the first 9 months of the year, Bac Ninh province has attracted over 15 billion USD in converted investment capital. Of which, 162 new domestic investment projects and 262 FDI projects were granted. In terms of FDI attraction alone, Bac Ninh is currently leading the country.
