At the meeting, the leaders of the Provincial Police reported the incident of overturning a passenger bus with license plate 43F - 007.76 driven by driver Le Ngoc Thanh (born in 1989, residing in Thanh Hoa province) traveling North - South on National Highway 1 through Song Tri ward at 2:10 am on July 25, killing 10 people and injuring 15 others.
Immediately after the accident, the Traffic Police of the Provincial Police and Song Tri Ward Police arrived in time, coordinated with local authorities and people to urgently carry out rescue measures, take the victims to emergency care, pull the vehicle, and direct traffic.

Through initial investigation, it was determined that Thanh was driving the car at high speed, losing control and colliding with high-voltage power poles and electric poles on the side of the road, leading to particularly serious consequences.
