On January 27 and 28, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Red Cross Society coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee and units to organize the "Border Spring Warm Hearts of Villagers" Program and the "Binh Ngo Charity Fair" in 2026 in Thang Tin commune.
